Why bother eating?
Of course, there is the necessity of eating. But food is a journey, and is often the product of a journey.
An herb-encrusted tilapia filet resting on your tongue and the complex signals the taste buds send to your brain instantly tells you if this meal satisfies your hunger pains and your delicate sense of taste. The sweet swishing of a perfectly aged Gewürztraminer as it glides down your throat is a symphony of delectable sound.


Why THIS blog?
I'm here to take you on a journey - with different stopping points, in every part of the world. I'll be eating and showing what's good and what's not; interviewing restaurant owners, foodies, travelers, dancers, club owners, artists ... all in an effort to bring you to new experiential heights. Imagine: feature posts from all continents to elaborate on a local spot for travelers and residents to try. In essence, creating a road map of exciting, fulfilling experiences.
